1. General Provisions

This user agreement is a public offer agreement. LFL team limited, the company incorporated at 65 London Wall, London, United Kingdom, EC2M 5TU, hereinafter referred to as a www.mycamdate.com website (or “Site”) contains information, links, images and videos of a sexual nature (collectively referred to as “Sexual Materials”).

1.2. DO NOT start using this Site and immediately leave it if:

• You have not reached the age of majority (18 or 21 in order to your State or Region) in your jurisdiction, as well as in the jurisdiction in which you will view materials on the Site;
• material posted on the Site offends you;
• viewing sexually explicit material is not legal in the region in which you intend to view it.
• Content is prohibited by your religion.

1.3. By visiting this Site and / or using any services available on it (hereinafter - the "Service"), you agree to abide by all the provisions set forth in these Terms of Use of the site (hereinafter - the "Rules").

1.4. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate or third-party services. If you do not agree to abide by these Rules, you must leave the Site and not use the Service.

1.5. The Site Administration strictly prohibits the use of the Site in any way in order to engage in prostitution, promote prostitution, the dissemination of child pornography, trafficking in children for the purpose of sexual exploitation or trafficking in persons with the use of force, fraud or coercion.

1.6. The following definitions are used in these rules:

• Site Administration - persons with Site administration rights.
• You - a Member / Client / Subscriber - a visitor to the Site who uses the services of the Site.
• Contractor / Model - a person who has reached the age of majority in his jurisdiction who provides services on the Site and / or interacts with visitors to the Site.
• Site Services - entertainment provided by the Contractors on the Site for persons who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction, consisting in the Model conducting a live show in front of the camera, as well as in communicating the Model with Clients.
• Token balance - Members have the opportunity to receive tokens to pay for the services of the Site by buying token packages. Purchased tokens are reflected in the Member's account. A token is an internal virtual currency at www.mycamdate.com. The token is not a physical currency on other sites.
• Free chat - a free service of the Site, in which direct interaction with the Contractors in the form of writing text messages to a particular Contractor and receiving replies to such messages is prohibited.
• Private chat - a paid service of the Site, in which it is allowed to write to the Contractor or communicate via voice communication with the Contractor face-to-face. However, other customers of the Site have the opportunity to enter the chat and observe the work of the Contractor.

2. Registration on the Site

2.1. Registration of members:

2.1.1. By completing the registration process on the Site and starting to use the Site, you confirm that all of the following statements are true:

• You have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 or 21 in order to your State or Region);
• the material of a sexual nature that you are viewing is intended solely for your personal use, you will not provide such material to persons under the age of majority in your jurisdiction and in their jurisdiction;
• viewing, reading and downloading materials of a sexual nature does not violate the standards of any community, locality or country where you will view, read and / or download materials of a sexual nature;
• viewing, reading and downloading sexually explicit material is not prohibited by local or other legislation;
• You are fully responsible for any false disclosure or legal consequences of viewing, reading or downloading any materials presented on this Site. You also agree that neither this Site, nor its affiliates are responsible for any legal consequences associated with any fraudulent login or use of this Site;
• You understand that your use of this Site is governed by the Rules that you have reviewed and accepted, and also agreed to abide by;
• persons whose photo and / or video materials are posted on this Site have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction, agreed to be photographed and / or filmed, and also voluntarily and knowingly participate in the provision of the Services by this Site.

2.1.2. Having completed the registration process on the Site and continuing to use the Site, you agree to provide the Site Administration with accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information. Failure to comply with this requirement means a violation of these Rules and unauthorized access to the Site. Unauthorized access to the Site may lead to the immediate deletion of your account. If you do not have prior written permission from the Site Administration, you cannot register additional accounts after any such termination.

2.1.3. In case of unlawful behavior of the Member or violation by the Member of these Rules, the Site Administration has the right to block the Member's account, as well as his account on the Site without prior warning. In this case, the Site Administration does not bear any responsibility for possible damage resulting from such blocking, and the funds that were on the Contractor’s blocked account are not compensated or refunded.

2.1.4. In order to prevent fraudulent transactions, the Site Administration reserves the right at any time to request confirmation of your identity with the necessary documents. Such documents, as a rule, are a photocopy of an identity document.

2.1.5. These Rules come into force from the date when the Subscriber has registered on the Website and accepted the terms of these Rules, and will remain valid until they are properly broken by any party in full compliance with the conditions expressly set forth in these Rules.

2.2. Registration of Contractors (Streamer):

2.2.1. Persons under the age of majority in their jurisdiction cannot be Contractors on the Site. So, all the Contractors on the Site have reached the age of 18 years or 21 years (in some regions).

2.2.2. All Contractors before registration fulfill the mandatory requirements:

2.2.2.1. Signing of the Agreement on the authenticity of the provided personal data and reaching the age of majority;

2.2.2.2. providing a scanned copy of the Contractor’s identity document;

2.2.2.3. providing a photograph that clearly shows the image of the Contractor with an identity document in his hands.

2.2.3. The Contractor’s account is immediately and permanently deleted if the Contractor violates these Rules and other principles established by the Site.

3. After completing registration and accepting these Rules, the Client confirms the following:

3.1. I am fully aware that the Site transmits adult entertainment to its customers.

3.2. I am fully aware that viewing the content of such content is allowed only to viewers who have reached the age of 18 or 21 (for some regions).

3.3. I expressly declare that to date I have reached the age of majority in accordance with the norms of my local law.

3.4. Now I live in a country that I have truthfully indicated in the form provided for registration on the Site, and I undertake to immediately notify me within 24 hours of any change of residence by sending an email to support@mycamdate.com

3.5. I bear full and exclusive responsibility for any false statements about my place of residence and for not informing the Site about its change in accordance with the above conditions.

3.6. I also confirm that I will act in all circumstances in accordance with the moral standards of my local community and applicable law.

3.7. Reading and / or viewing the content on the Site in no way violates the norms or legislation of my region of residence or country.

3.8. I am fully aware that all content and materials presented on the Site are properly protected by applicable law, since all rights are reserved.

3.9. I acknowledge that the Site Administration is not responsible for any legal consequences that may arise as a result of fraudulent intrusion on the Site.

3.10. I also acknowledge that the Site or any affiliate company associated with it is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by any of my contact with the Contractors.

3.11. I understand and accept that under no circumstances will the Site and any affiliates associated with it be liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages arising from any false disclosure, both about the members and the models.

3.12. I agree that the intellectual property rights to any materials on the Site created, published or otherwise made public on the Site belong to the Site.

3.13. I expressly authorize the Site to monitor, record and record all my online activities on the Site (including chat, video, email).

3.14. I acknowledge and agree that any recorded material or any original work made in accordance with these Rules and / or using the services of the Site (and all rights to them, including, but not limited to, copyrights) will be the exclusive property of the Site.

3.15. 4. Obligations of the Member

4.1. I agree not to copy, reproduce, republish, download, transfer or transmit any materials of the Site without the prior written consent of the Site Administration.

4.2. I am fully aware that the Site Administration may recover a fine from the Member for copied, reproduced, downloaded, transferred materials of the Site without the prior written consent of the Site Administration.

4.3. I am fully responsible for any false disclosures and for any legal consequences that may arise as a result of viewing, reading or downloading materials and images contained on this Site.

4.4. I undertake to observe safety measures to avoid any access of minors to the Site. I am fully responsible if a minor / persons gain access to the Site through my account.

4.5. I take full responsibility for maintaining the security of my account and password.

4.6. I will not give out personal information, provide or support escort services and / or prostitution.

4.7. I do not arrange personal meetings with the Contractors, since this is prohibited, I do not exchange phone numbers, residential address, bank card numbers, or other personal information with the Contractors, and I do not try to have physical contact with the Contractor in any other way. 4.8. I will not use obscene language, threaten other members, violate the rights of visitors, Contractors, support services of the Site or persons who operate the Site.

4.9. I will immediately inform the Site Administration of any illegal actions of the Members, as well as any illegal use of trademarks, brands and / or registered music.

4.10. I undertake not to publish any prohibited content on the Site, including but not limited to the following: sexual materials involving minors, incest scenes, blood demonstrations, pedophilia, bestiality, offensive content, with links to advertising materials, logos, signatures, etc.

4.11. I understand and agree that the Site has the right at any time at its discretion to delete, edit and adapt any materials uploaded by the Member or the Contractor without prior notice to the Member and / or the Contractor.

5. Procedure for payment for the Services

5.1. The Site Administration does not charge any fee for unlimited access to the Site’s photo archives, free guest chat, profiles and all other free services only from registered users.

5.2. If real-time access to paid video chat requires an additional fee, the amount of any such payment will be clearly indicated before entering the paid chat. Payment of fees for participating in chats will be offered to you before you enter in any paid chat. From your card, indicated by you as an alternative payment method, payment will not be made without your permission.

5.3. One token equals one unit in the currency for which the fee is charged. Token addition is completely voluntary and is not required.

5.4. You can get acquainted with the cost of the token in the Buy Tokens tab.

5.5. Each streamer determines the prices of the site services at his discretion. You can get acquainted with the tariffs of services of any streamer in his profile.

5.5.1. By going to the profile of the streamer you can familiarize yourself with his/her rates for services by clicking on such types of services as: -Group chat, -Private chat, -Social networks, -Gallery. By clicking on one of the services, you will see the full price.

5.6. You are responsible for all costs associated with connecting to the Site. For example, depending on your specific location and your Internet service provider, you may be liable for long-distance and / or other additional communication costs.

5.7. Funds transferred to your account, as well as discounts and promotional prices, expire, depending on the circumstances, except when prohibited by applicable law.

5.8. The Site Administration reserves the right, at any time, to change tariffs and billing methods, including the addition of additional fees. If any such change is unacceptable to you, you can stop using the Site and delete the account. Any continued use of the Site after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

5.9. If you encounter certain problems with transactions made through various payment providers, you should contact the appropriate provider. The site does not have access to transaction details. The Site is not responsible for any difficulties arising regardless of actions on the part of the Site, as well as outside the Site. To obtain information on bank expenses, each Subscriber should consult directly with his bank.

5.10. Any complaint must be submitted within 24 hours from the moment of the corresponding event to the customer support service of the Site. 6. Refund Policy

6.1. All sales of services on the Site are final. 7. Termination of use of the Site

7.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to terminate your use of the Site at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion.

7.2. The Site Administration has the right to refuse service to users whose actions the Site Administration considers fraudulent or otherwise at high risk.

7.3. You can also stop using the Site voluntarily by independently deleting your account.

7.4. In the event of termination or cancellation of your account, online time or other loans will not be credited to you and cannot be converted to another form of refund. Any invoices you have not paid must be fully paid before you can re-register on the Site.

7.5. You can register on the Site again only with the written permission of the Site Administration, which can be obtained by contacting the Site Administration using the contact information provided on the Site.

8. Responsibility

8.1. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and restricting access to your account and password. You agree to assume exclusive responsibility for all actions carried out under your account or password.

8.2. Since the Site may contain links or advertisements to third-party websites or services, you acknowledge and agree that the Website Administration does not bear any responsibility for any actions or damage caused to you in connection with your use of such third-party websites or services.

8.3. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account. The user cannot allow another person to use his account.

8.4. The Site Administration is not responsible for any product or service advertised or offered by third parties through the Site Services.

8.5. By accepting these rules, you acknowledge that The Site Administration is not responsible for the illegal behavior of a third party, as well as for any damage caused to you.

9. User Generated Content

9.1. In these Rules, the word “User Generated Content” means any photographs, images, videos, graphics, advertising banners, music, sounds, messages, information, software, emails or any other type of content that is uploaded, transmitted, broadcast, posted, submitted or otherwise provided by a user of Site through or in connection with the Site. User’s personal information is not part of User-Generated Content unless it is made available by user for the purpose of being displayed or distributed to other users of the Site.

9.2. You acknowledge and understand that this Site allows access to Content protected by copyrights and other intellectual property rights (hereinafter referred to as the "Property Rights").

9.3. In the event that you submit or publish any Content of any type on the Site, you acknowledge and agree that you have a legal right to do this, and that any such Content is not used by you in any way that violates the property rights other persons. 9.9. The user is obliged to immediately inform the administrator of mycamdate.com (by this email support@mycamdate.com) of any unlawful conduct of the users, as well as of any unlawful user generated content. Any person depicted in a video or other content has the ability to appeal to remove such content.

10. Promotional letters

10.1. The Site Administration may send you advertising or marketing emails if you have registered with the Site. If you receive any such email, you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from future emails by following the instructions in the email. If you encounter any problems related to the email received from us, contact the Site support service.

10.2. Some of our trusted partners can also send special offers emails to registered users.

10.3. The Site Administration does not send spam messages and does not support spamming. Please contact support if you receive spam or misleading emails in any way related to the Site.

10.4. The Site Administration considers the following as spam:

10.6. You can unsubscribe from the mailing lists of the Site, and the Site Administration will never give out your email address or send you spam.

10.7. If you want to report spam, we recommend that you contact the Site Administration using the contact information available on the Site.

11. Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

11.1. The Site Administration respects the intellectual property rights of others and asks its business partners to do the same. Materials available on or through other websites may be protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of the European Union and / or other countries.
