Do not try to deceive the Site Administration or other users! All accounts related to fraudulent activity will be blocked!

Also make sure that you use the payment methods that you have the right to use!

The Site Administration does not guarantee that the refund of money paid by you for receiving certain services of the Site will be available in any situation, therefore all transactions should be considered final.

To access the paid services of the Site, you need to purchase token packs.

You can also buy tokens if you want to tip models.

Each streamer determines the prices of the site services at his discretion. You can get acquainted with the tariffs of services of any streamer in his profile.

By going to the profile of the streamer you can familiarize yourself with his/her rates for services by clicking on such types of services as: -Group chat, -Private chat, -Social networks, -Gallery. By clicking on one of the services, you will see the full price.

Prices on the Site may change from time to time at the discretion of the Site Administration or streamer and without prior notice to users. Continued use of the services on the Site will be deemed acceptance by the user of such changes.

You can also use a free chat, before registering on the Site.

The money paid by you is not refundable in any cases, except for problems in the operation of the Site itself.

The Site Administration is not responsible for any difficulties arising outside the work of the Site.

Any complaint must be submitted within 24 hours from the moment of the incident to the support service of the Site using the contact information above. Given the complexity and particularities of the procedure for determining the legality of complaints filed after the specified 24-hour period, such complaints will be accepted only in cases of force majeure.

In any case, upon receipt of a complaint, the Site Administration will assess the situation and decide whether the user’s claims are justified and whether monetary funds are subject to compensation / return.

The Site Administration will refund money only in the amount proportionally determined in accordance with the price paid and the problem that has arisen, which the user reported properly.

Refunds, whenever possible, will be made using the same payment method with which the purchase was made.

Certain payment methods do not allow refunds for technical reasons. For example, when buying tokens, only the amount that was originally paid for the purchase can be returned (that is, a partial refund of the purchased token packs is not possible). For this purpose, whenever only part of the tokens are used, a return will be possible only by restoring the tokens to the user account. Refund of the payment itself is not possible.

Amounts spent on related services, such as gifts, tips for models, etc., are not refundable / compensable.

The Site Administration is not responsible for the defamatory, abusive or illegal behavior of any user, as well as for any malfunction of the payment systems, communication line failure, theft of funds or unauthorized access to the user account, which entailed the theft of funds, change and / or use of a user account and / or other negative consequences.

However, cases of fraud associated with online transactions are handled by the Site Administration with high priority and taking into account the confidentiality of the user. Such cases may be referred to specialists in the relevant field.

In the event that any fraudulent transaction is detected from a specific user, the Site Administration has the right to use all available information about such a user during any legal procedure. Including browser history, IP addresses and email addresses and information about any other monitored activities of this user. During such legal procedures, the Site Administration may attract specialists and share certain information in order to comply with legal requirements, protect their rights and represent the interests of users of the Site. In this case, the user who is noticed in fraudulent activity will be liable, including for the costs of investigating a fraudulent transaction.
